Failed slab torn out and hauled. Base regraded and compacted to 6 inches of Class 5. Slab poured 4 inches for passenger vehicles, 5 to 6 inches where trucks, trailers, or RVs park. Air-entrained mix. Control joints cut on schedule.

Garage & Shed Concrete →New decks poured and stamped. Existing decks patched, resurfaced, and sealed. Broom or texture finish for wet-foot traction.
Pool Deck Concrete →Slab ground, cracks and spalls patched, primer and polyaspartic or epoxy applied. Coating cures for foot traffic same day, vehicles in 24 hours.

Hastings is the county seat, a Mississippi River town of about 22,000 with one of the metro's best-preserved historic main streets. Housing spans 1880s Victorians to modern subdivisions on the bluff tops, which makes for wonderfully varied concrete work, from careful sidewalk replacements in the historic district to big rural shop slabs outside town.
