Our concrete installation process
- Request an estimate. Submit the estimate form or call651-216-2883 during business hours. Provide your address, city, project type, approximate size, current condition, and preferred timeline.
- Site visit. A project representative visits the property to inspect access, grade, drainage, existing concrete, base conditions, and project dimensions.
- Written quote. We prepare a written, itemized quote that identifies the project scope, finish, site preparation, demolition, concrete specifications, and price.
- Scheduling. After approval, we schedule the project based on crew availability, weather, and required permits.
- Site preparation. The crew removes existing material where required, excavates the area, prepares and compacts the base, establishes grade, and installs forms.
- Reinforcement and concrete placement.The crew installs the reinforcement specified in your quote (typically fiber-reinforced mix, wire mesh, or rebar, matched to the project) then places the specified concrete and checks grade and thickness.
- Screeding and finishing. The crew screeds the surface and applies the selected broom, stamped, exposed-aggregate, or colored finish.
- Joint cutting and curing. Control joints are tooled in or saw-cut per standard industry practice; as soon as the slab can support cutting without raveling, typically the same or next day. You'll get written guidance on curing and when the new concrete can take foot and vehicle traffic.
- Final walkthrough. Your project manager reviews the completed work with you and provides care, curing, and warranty information in writing.

Choose broom finish when…
- You want the workhorse: driveways, sidewalks, garage slabs, and utility areas
- Wet-weather traction matters: the brushed texture grips shoes and tires
- You want the lowest-maintenance surface: periodic sealing is all it asks
- Budget leads the decision: broom finish is the most economical option
Choose stamped concrete when…
- The slab is a design feature: patios, pool surrounds, front entries
- You want the look of stone, slate, or pavers in patterns and release colors
- You accept a resealing cycle: stamped surfaces need periodic resealing to keep color and protection
- You're comfortable at the premium end of finish pricing for the visual payoff
Choose exposed aggregate when…

- Slip resistance is a priority: the revealed stone surface grips underfoot
- You want a rugged surface that hides wear, with periodic sealing to lock the aggregate
