Dakota County Core

This is home base — the established Dakota County suburbs where our trucks are on the road daily. Apple Valley, Burnsville, and Eagan carry 1970s–90s concrete hitting replacement age, while the river-edge cities of West St. Paul, South St. Paul, and Inver Grove Heights bring some of the steadiest full tear-out driveway and walk replacement work in the metro. Mendota Heights and neighboring Sunfish Lake round out the core with craftsmanship-first replacement projects on mature lots.

South Growth Corridor

Hastings & the River Towns

Along the Mississippi, Hastings pairs a historic core with bluff-top subdivisions and rural acreage toward Miesville — everything from careful sidewalk replacements in the old district to machine-shed floors outside town. Cannon Falls anchors the southern edge of our map, covering the Highway 52 corridor with both in-town flatwork and big agricultural pours.

Washington County East

Woodbury and Cottage Grove drive the east side of our map: Woodbury with newer neighborhoods upgrading builder-grade concrete into full outdoor rooms, Cottage Grove mixing 1960s originals due for replacement with brand-new plats. The river towns of Newport and St. Paul Park bring classic small-city replacement work, and Afton and Denmark Township add St. Croix Valley estate driveways, aprons, and outbuilding slabs. Grey Cloud Island Township rides along on our Cottage Grove routes.
