Concrete Patios →Old walk broken out and hauled. Base corrected, new walk poured and broom-finished. Grade sloped away from the foundation.
Concrete Sidewalks →Settled steps removed. Footings dug below frost depth and poured. Steps repoured, not mudjacked. Spalled treads patched separately.
Concrete Steps & Stairs →Pad excavated and compacted, slab poured and reinforced. Aprons doweled into the existing driveway edge. Expansion joint set at the garage face.
Garage & Shed Concrete →New decks poured and stamped. Existing decks patched, resurfaced, and sealed. Broom or texture finish for wet-foot traction.
Pool Deck Concrete →Slab ground, cracks and spalls patched, primer and polyaspartic or epoxy applied. Coating cures for foot traffic same day, vehicles in 24 hours.
